Cardiovascular

Cardiovascular Cardiovascular disease or “heart disease” refers to several types of heart conditions.1 The most common type is coronary artery disease, which can cause heart attack. Other kinds of heart disease may involve the valves in the heart, or the heart may not pump well and cause heart failure.1 Having high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or diabetes also can increase the risk for heart disease.1

Adcock Ingram Cardiovascular Portfolio encompasses treatment of the two leading causes of cardiovascular disease and mortality – high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Our portfolio of medicines also includes therapies for heart failure, myocardial infarction (heart attack) and angina.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist about the Adcock Ingram's range of cardiovascular medications.
