Required Learning:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a production environment (preferably at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing field).
- B-tech/Bsc Engineering Qualification or Trade tested Artisan
Key Outputs :
- Ensure Mechanical Breakdowns are resolved promptly.
- System uptime and responding to resolve equipment breakdowns or continuous improvements to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Review all recurring machine/equipment break down and implement corrective action where necessary.
- Execution of maintenance plans including PPM.
- Support the compliance needs of the site by completing, and assisting management with, any required Change Control Documentation associated with Safety, Health, and Environmental or GMP issues.
- To ensure that site equipment’s’ are always in good working condition and preventative maintenance is done timeously to ensure that equipment performs at ultimate output.
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement plans in place to improve efficiencies and cost reductions
- Spares Availability and ensure that all spares usage issues are logged appropriately
- Troubleshooting operational problems with production related equipment or systems
- Provide technical support for all phases of equipment and system validation as per Safety Regulations
- Ensure and support the team to achieve production plans
- Ensuring compliance to GMP requirements
- Managing of Artisans and Apprentices
