Required Learning:
- Degree/BTech in Industrial Engineering
- Relevant qualification - degree
- Age between 18 and 35
- Must be unemployed with no or limited work experience
- Comply with the definition of “Black People” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 as amended by Act 46 of 2013
Key Outputs :
The objective of the programme is to provide unemployed youth with opportunities that will give them workplace experience in their field of studyCore Competencies:
- Computer Literate
- Good interpersonal skills and self-driven
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be able to work in a team and/or independently
