Required Learning:
Appropriate B Degree in HR or Business AdministrationMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role (Officer, Generalist, Practitioner etc.)
Minimum 2 years’ experience on Sage 300
Minimum 3 years’ experience in full recruitment process, IR management (to warning level), reporting, policy guidance
Key Outputs :
| General reporting (training spend, planned training, etc.) Collation of information for reports (headcount, talent management, board reports etc.) Management and control of all HC Department documentation and record keeping. Updating organograms and reporting lines. Partner with manager for recruitment of unskilled, semiskilled and junior management positions Responsible for full recruitment process (SRFs, adverts, shortlisting interviewing, verification checks, reference checks, contracts, TGPs, regret letters etc.) Creating and maintaining staff files in terms of new recruits, termination and changes Audit management Management of the probation process Conduct stay interviews Completion of exit process (exit interviews, withdrawal forms, IT reports etc.) Timeous submission and capturing of monthly payroll data Verification of captured payroll data Capture leave on behalf of employees when necessary Administer disability claims Reconciliations of salary and overtime invoices, headcounts, leave management etc. for 3rd party Ability to investigate, interpret and apply HC legislation and policy to thinking and approach Guidance of application of company policies Problem solving and analytical capability with high attention to detail
